Neco G. Pagon LEC, LL.B (HONS)

2015 | Attorney-at-law

Mr Neco Pagon has over the years garnered significant experience in commercial and civil litigation to include matters under the Proceeds of Crime Act, restraint applications and discharge of the same. In addition to that, his services are sought after in respect of Labour and Industrial Disputes.


Mr Pagon frequently appears in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of Jamaica. His services are also sought by firms of Attorneys-at-Law and senior sole practitioners who desire to instruct him as counsel to assist in litigation on their clients' behalf.


He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI) holding a Bachelor of Laws degree Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and of the Norman Manley Law School. Mr Pagon was a tutor at the Faculty of Law (UWI) in the area of Constitutional Law and was a lecturer at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC), University of London Bachelor of Laws programme. He is a Director of the Citizen’s Action for Free and Fair Election (C.A.F.F.E.), a non-profit organization which monitors all major elections throughout the region and he is a member of Jamaica Bar Association. Mr Pagon attends the Divine Church of God.
